Adjwoa Hogue is a Texas-based entrepreneur, wellness advocate, and cannabis business graduate passionate about creating intentional products and experiences.
Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Adjwoa grew up inside the historic Pan-African Connection Bookstore & Resource Center, a family-owned cultural institution founded by her parents in 1989 that has served the Dallas community for nearly 38 years. That environment shaped her love for culture, hospitality, wellness, creativity, and community-building.
A proud graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Adjwoa brings together science, culture, and lifestyle in a way that feels authentic to her journey.
With a background in food safety and compliance, along with a graduate degree in the Business of Cannabis from LIM College, she created Ash & Nectar to offer a more elevated and intentional cannabis experience rooted in wellness, modern culture, and everyday rituals.
